EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Please contact us at oi@mayauv.com.br with the subject line EXCHANGE or RETURN.

The email must include the following information: full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange or return (due to regret or withdrawal).

Do not ship any product before following the above procedure.

 

Deadlines

The exchange must be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns due to regret or withdrawal are accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded, following the criteria of the Consumer Protection Code.

 

Freight

The shipping cost for the first exchange or return is covered by Maya. After contacting us via email, you will receive a return authorization code that can be used to ship the product from any post office.

Product conditions for return

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with the brand labels. Include the invoice (DANFE) along with the box.

 

Product Analysis

After receiving the product, it will be analyzed by our quality control department, which may take up to 5 (five) business days. If the exchange is not authorized, the product will be returned to you with a technical report explaining the reasons why the exchange was not carried out.
